    EndoCare Attend ACAS Course

Michael and Beverley recently attended a course with ACAS Behaviours at work – understanding the unacceptable.

This course dealt primarily with bullying and harassment.  Discussing  the differences between the two and best practice on how to deal these issues should a complaint/grievance be made.

The course was very informative but only reiterated what we already knew so beware if someone says they are being bullied then they are!!
