We guarantee that we will give the best service to your patient and communicate with you promptly at each stage of your patient’s time with us. This will include what treatment is required, what treatment has taken place, and what is required in the future. We will also recommend the type of restoration most suitable as well as the timing, and we will follow-up the patient as necessary.

Submitting a Patient Referral

When submitting a referral to us, please include as much detail as possible, including any treatment difficulties or issues that it would be beneficial for us to know before we meet the patient.

We fully respect that the patient is a member of your practice and so we will not attempt to poach them or recommend other dentists, but encourage them to return to your practice.
