Our Richmond resident endodontist Dr Adi Moran treated this patient two weeks ago, this is what she had to say:
“I have just undergone root canal treatment. I was treated by Adi at EndoCare in Richmond. I was very anxious about the treatment as everyone who has had the treatment told me how bad it is!
However my experience has been quite different, I am very pleased to say!
Adi explained everything very clearly + gave me all the pain relief options. I chose to just have the local injection. During the treatment I had no pain and I was very comfotable, it was different from treatment at the dentist I usually go to because of a rubber dam used – but this was no problem to me whatsoever and it saved all that “sucking” in the mouth. Also the “block” (mouth prop) helped me keep my mouth open – if I had been really tired I think I would have gone to sleep! I have certainly had a lot of fillings in the past, they have been much more uncomfortable!
So I am very greatful to Adi and will not worry if I have to have this treatment in the future.
